4.25 Lbs Of Heroin Seized In Traffic Stop Leads To 4 Arrests In Central PA

Four people have been arrested after 4.25 pounds of heroin were found in their vehicle during a traffic stop early on Wednesday,  Oct. 23, Lower Paxton Township police announced.

Raydi Fabian-Lizardo, Joel Junes, Sandra Severino, and Demetrius Torres have been arrested after a traffic stop turned into a massive drug bust.

The traffic stop happened in the 5000 block of Jonestown Road around 12:45 a.m., the police detailed in the release.

"During the traffic stop, indicators of criminal activity were observed," the police said.

The group gave consent for police to search the vehicle and  "approximately 4.25 pounds of heroin as well as several packages of marijuana," were found.

The group was arrested and their preliminary hearings were held before Magisterial District Judge Grella who set bail for each at $150,000. They've all been remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
